Before working with other businesses, we built and scaled our own home service company from zero to over $2M annually.

We still operate that business today. We still test strategies with our own dollars first.

Only after proving systems in the field did we begin helping other service businesses implement them.

I built Grizzly from zero while living in Stamford, Connecticut. Today I live in Tampa, Florida. The business still operates — without me in the day-to-day — from two HQs in Stamford and West Haven, executed by a team of pros following the systems we built.
